Some people disagree with Migit I assume. Which is a fair opinion.
Apologies Lex. Reading my source again it says 9 million sold but including all versions of SF4, not just the base version which did in fact sell 3.4 million as you have pointed out.
SFV wasn't a commercial failure. But when stacked against the 9 million copies of SF4 sold... it was pretty far off the mark. The other thing to consider outside of sales it how the game is regarded. SV5 just didn't hit expectation.
Meanwhile Soul Calibur 5 was bad enough it could have killed the franchise, instead SC6 brought it back from near extinction.
Theeeeen, you have to take the brands into consideration. SF is a franchise with a large...
Perhaps they use this as a opportunity to assess market viability for what you want. Hope so.
I own one. 38 years old. So there is 1 answer if you're making a spread sheet.
I am still yet to play DS so I am one of the lucky few who get to buy in only the once.
GoT was a kick in the teeth having only bought it a month ago on PSN.
I never beat this game on xbox. It has been on my shelf a few years, this is a great excuse to try and "get gud" again.
I love the Dead Rising series. Especially once they became co-op.
Is battle royale a gimmick at this stage? It looks like a mainstay to me.
I thought it lived up to its name. It was middle of the road, with some nice ideas... outdated basic puzzling and just a general lack of world interaction.
I loved Resogun. The DLC where you were a little Arnie playing defending was also a hell of a lot of fun.
I enjoyed 3 for what it was. I played through co-op and there were some clever elements and the crafting was enjoyable. A trilogy remaster I would buy in a heartbeat. I doubt we'll see a re-imagining, but perhaps if a remaster was to sell well, there would be enough interest for them to consider a new game. Dead Space Andromeda >.>
I did as well. Picked it up on the last PSN sale and playing on PS5. It's a pity I can't just get the PS5 enhancements to the base game as a freebie. I don't know if I want to pay £29.99 to upgrade it all.
I smashed through it with a friend. It is the best Gears has been in a long time, the new characters are so much better than the Gears 4/5 group... And damn it looked nice.
This is just the kind of game I have been waiting on.
I enjoy a knock about racer like this. Although it doesn't look incredible, I have enough interest to keep an eye on it.
Sheap? What on earth is that?
Why do people keep saying the UK is not in Europe? We're not moving continent... we are just leaving the European Union.
Yeah those devs shouldn't be paid. They should work years on a title for free, homeless and starving so we can have a new game without paying a cent. They're so entitled right?
It's an interesting topic raised here. It's eye opening to see the opinions to this POV from US N4G'rs, from both sides of the coin.
Workers where I live are generally far more protected from losing their jobs unfairly. Some companies also have unions you can join. The difference being the companies I have worked at that have unions happily present this as a benefit/perk of their company rather than a negative. Union pay came pre-tax and generally cost button...
